The 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Millennium Information Solution Limited – a subsidiary company of Al-Arafah Islami Bank Ltd (AIBL), was held in the Head Office of the Bank on June 22, 2019. Alhajj Niaz Ahmed, Chairman of the Company presided over the meeting. The shareowners of the company have approved 6% cash dividend for 2018 financial year.
