Al-Arafah Islami Bank Limited has become the Title Sponsor of the 7th Bangladesh Junior Science Olympiad. Chairman of the Bank Alhajj Salim Rahman, handed over the sponsorship cheque to the Secretary of Society for the Popularization of Science, Bangladesh (SPSB), organizer of the event,  Professor of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology Dr. Farsim Mannan Mohammadi on Wednesday, 8 September at Al-Arafah Tower, Dhaka. Managing Director and CEO Farman R Chowdhury of the Bank was present at the occasion.

Among others Deputy Managing Director Shabbir Ahmed, President of Bangladesh Robot Olympiad Committee Professor of Dhaka University Dr. Lafifa Jaman, Senior Executive Vice President Engr. Md. Habib Ullah, Senior Vice President Jalal Ahmed of the Bank, and coordinator of Junior Science Olympiad Mahmood Mim were present in the occasion.
