Al-Arafah Islami Bank Ltd. has started Tree Plantation Campaign 2019 under its Green Banking program. Deputy Managing Director Md. Fazlul Karim inaugurated the tree plantation program at Chunkutia Girls High School of South Keranigonj on 23 July, 2019. Head of AIBL Dhaka Central Zone and Executive Vice President Manir Ahmad was present as special guest. Alhajj K M Elias, Principal of Chunkutia Girls School presided over the ceremony.

Among others Executive Vice President Engr. Md. Habib Ullah, Vice President Zahurul Hoque, Vice President and Manager of Keranigonj Branch C.G.M Asaduzzaman, Assistant Vice Presidents Md. Mizanur Rahman, Engr. Iqbal Hossain, Kaligonj Br. Manager A K M Tusar were present in the occasion.

The Bank will plant and distribute more than 6 thousand trees all over the country throughout the inaugurated campaign this year.
