Al-Arafah Islami Bank Limited (AIBL) has opened 208th branch at Maijdee Court, Noakhali, on Wednesday, 28 December. Risk Management Committee Chairman of the Bank Badiur Rahman inaugurated the new branch as Chief Guest. Additional Managing Director S M Jaffar presided over the ceremony.
Director of Noakhali Chamber of Commerce and Industry Golam Jilani Didar, President of Municipal Business Association AKM Saifuddin Sohan, Managing Director of Zenith Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Dr. Belal Ahmed, prominent businessman Md Shahjahan Khandkar, ABM Shahjahan, Zahir Uddin Md Babar, Abdul Gani Rinku and Senior Executive Vice President Engr. Md. Habib Ullah of the bank spoke at the branch opening ceremony.
Senior Vice President and Head of PRD Jalal Ahmed conducted the ceremony. A large number of local people and well-wishers were present in the inauguration ceremony. Sylhet Zonal Head and Executive Vice President AKM Amzad Hossain thanked the audience.
