Al-Arafah Islami Bank Limited organized seminar titled ‘Bangabandhu and Bangladesh’ on the occasion of National Mourning Day of 47th Death Anniversary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman on 23rd August, Tuesday. Chairman of the Bank Alhajj Salim Rahman was present as chief guest on the occasion. Prominent Scholar, Former Vice-Chancellor University of Dhaka, Chairman of Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha (BSS), Bangladesh National Museum Trustee Board President AAMS Arefin Siddique discussed as key speaker on the occasion.
The event was presided by Managing Director and CEO Farman R. Chowdhury while Director Alhajj Engr. Kh. Mesbah Uddin Ahmed was present at the ocassion. Executive Committee Vice Chairman Alhajj Md. Abdus Salam, Directors Alhajj Md Liakat Ali Chowdhury, Alhajj Md. Rafiqul Islam and Alhajj Md. Amir Uddin PPM also participated in the discussion through virtual platform.
Among others, Deputy Managing Directors and Senior Executives of the Bank participated the seminar.
