A seven-day Half Yearly Business Development Conference-2020 of Al-Arafah Islami Bank Ltd. started virtually on July 12, 2020. Chairman of the Bank Alhajj Abdus Samad Labu inaugurated the conference virtually as Chief Guest. The meeting was presided by the Managing Director and CEO of the Bank Farman R. Chowdhury.

Deputy Managing Directors Md. Fazlul Karim, S. M. Jaffar, Mohammad Zubair Wafa, Shabbir Ahmed, Md. Shafiqur Rahman, Zonal Heads, and other Senior Executives of Head Office were present at the virtual meeting. Managers from 10 corporate branches of the Bank participated in the conference through a digital platform.

According to the un-audited calculation of the first six months of 2020, total deposit of the Bank stood at Tk. 32,539 Crore. In the same period, the Bank invested Tk. 30,275 Crore.
